Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Syroco, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through our innovative solutions. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for Syroco’s clients, ensuring their success by aligning our products and services with their goals. By fostering strong relationships, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training (with Supervision)

  • Assist in onboarding new customers, helping them understand and adopt Syroco’s solutions.
  • Support the preparation of training materials and help deliver sessions to ensure clients make the most of our technology.

Account Management Support

  • Contribute to the day-to-day management of client accounts under the guidance of a Customer Success Manager.
  • Help track client needs, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow up on action points.

Customer Advocacy & Retention

  • Help maintain strong relationships with key users and stakeholders.
  • Support internal communication of customer feedback to ensure it informs team priorities.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement, upselling or cross-selling.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Collect and analyse customer data to assess the impact of our solutions.
  • Help prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and client-facing use.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work alongside sales, product, and engineering teams to contribute to customer-centric improvements.
  • Take part in internal meetings to understand how client insights shape product development and strategic decisions.

Your Profile
