Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales - shaping market insight into actionable content and messaging. You will drive market research in collaboration with the Product team, produce high-impact sales enablement content, and support go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Positioning
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, messaging, and roadmap decisions.
- Develop buyer personas and user journey maps to refine targeting and value proposition.
- Attend events and client meetings to gather insights directly from the field.
- Collaborate on user research and integrate findings into product and marketing strategy.
- Content Development & Enablement
- Develop and execute content strategies for the full customer journey.
- Create compelling collateral and sales materials: one-pagers, case studies, web content, blog posts, campaign content, articles, playbooks, etc.
- Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates product value.
- Support Product and Customer Success for development of onboarding and training content.
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead product launches including messaging frameworks, launch materials, and internal enablement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align GTM activities.
- Ensure consistent narrative across channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or deep tech.
- Solid understanding of the maritime industry or willingness to ramp up quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance strategy, research, and content production.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional startup environment.
- Willing to travel occasionally for industry events and client engagements.
