Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts for France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain & Portugal. This strategic role involves driving revenue growth, forging strong client relationships, and contributing to Syroco’s ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving significant revenue targets within technology-driven sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Syroco’s business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Establish key performance metrics to monitor and drive sales performance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions with Syroco’s offerings.
  • Represent Syroco at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Market Insights and Innovation

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the product and R&D teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Identify and pursue new verticals and strategic partnerships to expand Syroco’s reach.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive significant revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology-driven sectors (e.g., renewable energy, mobility, advanced materials).
  • Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
