Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Twin Operations Engineer to join our naval operations team. In this role, you will be coordinating our digital twin value chain. On the inside, you will be monitoring, analysing, and ensuring the accuracy of real-time simulations that drive vessel performance on our platform. On the outside, you will serve as the key interface with clients, gathering initial vessel data and technical details essential for setting up and maintaining each twin. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability, relevance, and impact of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather initial vessel data and specs from clients for digital twin setup.
  • Structure and share key info to support digital twin initial building and updates.
  • Actively monitor dashboards to ensure accurate performance and operation of digital twins.
  • Regularly maintain and update live vessel databases with current operational data.
  • Quickly identify and analyse performance discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Collaborate closely with Naval Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers to address identified issues.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely interventions.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis, dashboard monitoring, or operational performance management.
  • Knowledge of digital twins, maritime operations, and vessel performance indicators.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude, capable of identifying critical issues and escalating effectively.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients to gather technical and operational information.
